Saudi national killed in Yemen capital

A Saudi student was reported killed by unknown person in Sana’a on Thursday. The student’s father Saleh Bin Abdat said that a bullet hit his son on his back after he got out of a restaurant in Sana’a.
He said that according to information he was informed about his son Mohammed that is studying at the Science and Technology University in Sana’a was killed after he and one of his friends had lunch in a restaurant on a street in Sana’a.
He added that the street where his son was killed was calm and there were no fighting and that his friend found out that Mohammed was bleeding from his back and when he checked him he found out that he was hit by a bullet.
His friend rushed him to hospital but he passed away sustaining sever wound and bleeding, said the father.
He added that the Saudi Embassy in Yemen followed up the case and communicated with him.
He thanked the Saudi embassy for their positive reaction and said he was coming to Yemen on Thursday to get the corpse and to find out about the causes of the incident.
