Suicide bomber blasts himself up at police patrol in south Yemen


Al-Qaeda suicide bomber blasted his self up at a police patrol in Aden on Tuesday, said a security source.
The bomber that was wearing an explosive belt blasted his belt at a police patrol wounding two policemen, causing some damage to the police vehicle in Tawahi neighborhood in Aden city.
The source said that the bomber  was killed and his body parts scattered off in the surrounding area and that no one else was killed.
The al-Qalloa’a  police station of Tawahi neighborhood exposed to a blast that wounded seven policemen one of them died later of injuries last Saturday.
Last Monday the security authorities of Aden detained a terrorist cell in Tawahi. The police found at one of the suspect’s houses a laboratory for manufacturing explosives in addition to some weapons, explosives, RBG’s, timing clocks, chemicals, and documents of Jihadists.   
Meanwhile, Yemeni officials say a car bomb explosion killed an air force commander in al-Anad market in the south of Yemen on Tuesday. Attacks on government officials have increased in recent months.
